Five Policy Points

The Five Truths apply to policy formation

All policy is consistent with the principle that all truth is one or is invalid.

Policy has two aspects or threads: theory and practice or faith and works.

All policy must have a statement and an application. All policy must be stated in a way to make it consistent with all other policy and truth and produce a work that does not conflict with or oppose any other good work.

Policy has three areas of application.

  • political
  • economic
  • theological

Policy rests on Four Pillars. No policy can conflict or obstruct any of the Four Pillars.

  • Positive Ownership
  • Positive Markets
  • Positive Democracy
  • Positive Funding

There are Five Great Policy Errors.

  • The state as a prescriptive agent.
  • Assets as currency.
  • Double Entry Bookkeeping
  • Private Ownership or ownership as a legal right mediated by the state.
  • Legal rights as or rights as a benefit proffered by the state.
